Call Log shows calls I did not make

My iPhone 11 is showing outgoing calls from my phone that I did not make. There is one number that shows up all the time, but other random numbers show up as well. Some calls show a time of 2-3 seconds others show a call time of 30 minutes or more. Often the calls show back to back 20-25 minute calls.
