Iphone 11 Pro Video Stabilization

I was shocked that i got a solid video stabilization (kinda) on my iphone 11 pro last thursday while running. The video duration was almost a minute, it's like im was holding a gimbal, but im not. My setting was 4k 60fps at ultra wide lens.

I attempted to shoot a couple of videos this morning, with the same settings, but the videos were shaky. I am so dissapointed that the video stab was not there despite the same settings.. i wonder why this happened? I need help on this, please let me know your thoughts
