how do i restore and begain using the ipad i boughyt at the same time as my iphone from the same ppl, then i was a third buyer in the loop and do not remember their names , can almost remember the password . please help . i would like to use it i love apple

Sounds like you need the Apple ID and Password of the original owner of the iPad. If you cannot get that information, you will never be able to use the device. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature which cannot be by-passed.
