Phone rings when on silent

It would appear that your iPhone is ringing while on silent while connected to your Apple Watch.

Does this happen when the watch is not connected?

We would start by opening the Watch app on the iPhone. Tap on Notifications > Phone and make sure "Mirror my iPhone" is selected. You can also try toggling this selection. This can reset the connection.

The next thing we would do is unpair the watch and then pair it again.

To unpair the watch, follow these instructions: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support The watch will be backed up to the iPhone when this is done. You can find information about what is backed up with your Apple Watch here: Back up your Apple Watch - Apple Support

As pointed out in that article, to back up Health and Fitness data, you need to use iCloud or an encrypted iTunes backup.

Once the watch is unpaired, you can pair it back to the iPhone by following these steps: Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Test it after these steps.
