Why does my ITunes work ONLY when wi-fi is NOT connected?

itunes will only load when i disable my network adapter Itunes will only load when i am not connected to the internet. I must disable my network adapter in order for Itunes to load. I have a fresh install. Just updated to the Windows 10 app version and it acts in the same manner. I have tried everything except for reinstalling windows 10.

Can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store My Ipod can no longer connect to Itunes via wifi, I have changed the time, reset my network, rebooted router. I can surf the internet via Safari, stocks and weather work. Just not App Store and Itunes.

Same problem here. iPod 6G / iOS 12.5.3 won't play when WiFi is connected. Music crashes and screen goes dark for a moment. Disconnect WiFi and everything plays just fine.
