Cannot find review large attachments in settings iPhone storage??

Empty ‘Review large attachments’ After resetting my iPad and recovering from iCloud backup, when I go to iphone storage > ‘review large attachments’ it’s empty. However I see large attachments in the messages. I followed all the steps on this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250068250 (I reinstalled from iCloud again) with same result. Anything else I can do?

When I click on manage storage and review large attachments, nothing comes up so I can delete thjngs? My iPad storage is full. When I click on reviewing large attachments so I can delete some, nothing comes up.....?

My Review Large Attachments disappeared I was deleting my large attachments then stopped for a couple of hours. When I returned to it, the feature disappeared from ‘iPhone storage’. All I see is the Offload Unused Apps. How do I get it back? Help!

We’ll be happy to help out with your iPhone storage. It shows you have iPhone 6 with iOS 9 and if that’s correct, see iPhone User Guide resources on how to navigate this older operating system. Another good resource will be How iOS and macOS report storage capacity.

Let us know if you have an updated iOS by going to Settings > General > About on your iPhone.
