No Headphones Audio Level on Hearing Control Center

I just bought a new Bluetooth Headphones (Honor Choice X1) and tried to connect it to my Xr. I connected successfully and I changed the device type to Headphones to ensure my audio quality level are accurate but it seems doesn't receive any audio level from it. The hearing tab on the control center didn't show any volume level while I'm listening to music. Is it normal? I thought my iphone can detect any audio level from any Bluetooth headphones?
