The thing is I already called the number for two weeks now but they keep on connecting me to their senior adviser and no one can solve the issue

The easiest solution is to call the number provided.
Realize the people on this forum are just users like you and we only have resources that you have (fewer in fact, since it is your account). It really will need Apple to figure out what is wrong.
