Perhaps these have become Hidden Purchases? To see if that is the case, unhide them.

Are you using the same Apple ID? Items acquired with one Apple ID are forever tied to that Apple ID and cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID unless you change it according to:

Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

Removal of Items from iTunes

Are they missing from the iTunes Store? If so, they are likely deleted. Sometimes items are removed from the iTunes Store, and they never become accessible again. That’s just the way it is :(
