Bypassing apple restrictions.

I completely blocked safari on my child’s iPad but found that he can open links in emails e.g. www.Google.com which allows for regular browsing is it possible to block that.

Good afternoon zal81,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds like you are trying to keep your child from opening links in email messages. The resources below will help you with this.

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - check out the "Prevent web content" section.

You could choose "Allowed Websites Only" for Web Content and leave this section blank or only add specific websites you are OK with.

You can add www.google.com and any other sites you want to block in the "Never Allow" section.

Restart the iPad to refresh it after making these changes.

If the issue persists, please reply to this thread and we'll do our best to help you!

Take care.
