How can I block (or restrict) my iPhone from accessing a certain website [dailymail], please?

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions. You may have to turn on some settings like Screen Time and Content & Privacy to get to Contents & Restrictions. Once you are on that page, change "Web Content" to "Limit Adult Websites". Now you can add a site to the "Never Allow" setting.
