We understand that audio is recorded normally when you use the Voice Memos app and that this only seems to be an issue when you record video with the Camera app. We have several more questions to help us gain a better understanding of the situation.
From what we gather, you are using a connected external microphone. Is that correct? If so, can you tell us how you connect the microphone to your iPhone? Is the microphone wireless, or does it connect to your iPhone with a cable?
Can you also tell us if you notice the same issue when recording video using the built-in microphones of your device?

Yes voice memo apps is okay but when I make any videos from Apple camera doesn’t work any external microphone
