iPhone 11 won’t save screenshots or photos after charging

I updated my iPhone to the new iOS 4.5.1 and after doing so, I noticed that screenshots and photos taken using the phone camera wouldn’t save to my album. I contacted support and they had me reset settings and STILL my phone won’t save pictures that have been taken from the phone camera or screenshots and after some time, I figured out when I can’t save screenshots or photos….after charging my phone…my phone decides to glitch and no longer save any pictures taken or screenshots taken and I noticed this happens ONLY after hooking it up to charge. To be able to save photos to the album again, I have to turn my phone off and on and it’s a HUGE hassle. Is this a glitch in the new update? PLEASE help. This is madness.
