Scanned documents not showing in notes

I just discovered that all of my scanned documents saved in notes are not being shown. The document is still there but only a grey box is shown and cannot be opened. I’ve found out that its a common issue with many iphone users and its a bug in the ios on which apple is working on. The notes are important and if anyone could be of any help in getting them back. However, all of my notes are synced on icloud and can be seen on my other mac devices.

BTW it cannot be an iOS bug if Mac cannot see them either.

If you use Safari and go to iCloud.com can you open the notes to look at the scans?

Password protected Notes show greyed-out thumbprints but you can open the files with the password access.

No. Just a gray box appearing same as on iphone

I am not personally aware of any bug in iCloud because in your case it serms to be corrupt across your iCloud Notes.

I know of no way to restore older versions either

Well thanks LD, its not corrupt. Its becoming a common issue with many other users i have searched on google. Im hoping apple could get it fixed via update to ios.
