apple account shows disabled

I recently changed the payment information on my apple account and now it shows disabled. How do I fix it?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106


If it states that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
