I hope to create a shortcut using the using the keyboard utilities from the Sustem Prefernces
However the app I often use Screenshot.app has no menus therefore is impossible to create an Applescript application or simply a short cut which will open this very useful app to the work I am doing

What's wrong with the existing shift+command+5 shortcut?
There was no Screen Shot utility by that name in El Capitan, nor was there any defined keyboard shortcut for shift+command+5 for any screen capture event. El Capitan had Grab, and no keyboard shortcut to launch it.
