Personal hotspot problem

I can’t turn on my personal hotspot, like my device says i contacted with turkcell(operator) too but they couldn’t find a solution. I restarted my phone, took my sim card off and placed it back but it’s still not working. What should i do?

Call them back, that message clearly states your phone isn't provisioned to use personal hotpsot by Turk cell.

Call them back, that message clearly states your phone isn't provisioned to use personal hotpsot by Turk cell.

Do as you wish this isn't an Apple or iphone issue as clearly stated in the screenshot.


They are the only one who can help you with their feature, maybe speak to someone higher up the food chain.

After your "solving recommendation" I called Turkcell back and yet this didn't help ( they told me the same things over and over besides they gave me apple help's number to call.) and I decided to call Apple. The apple employee even had a hard time solving my problem and had me try multiple solving ways, after trying 3 methods he told me to reset all settings and it worked. Like one hour ago or so I had this problem again while my charge drained out so I had to restart my phone and it worked again. Please don't talk that direct again about things you don't really know.
