Authorisations

When trying to playback an album recently purchased from I-Tunes, 3 of the tracks will not play as laptop has not been authorised to play them. How can this be when other tracks from same album play perfectly ?

Those are bad downloads. Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
