Adding all songs of a playlist to library

I want to add all the tracks from a playlist to my library (so that all my songs from a playlist can be listed in the 'songs' section).

I enabled the option 'Add Playlist Songs' later and now only the tracks that I add to the playlist NOW are being added to library, but I want the older tracks to be there as well.

There is neither an option to select multiple tracks and add them to the library.

Kindly help,

Thanks!

Ctrl-A should select all tracks in a playlist. Right-click > Add to Library should add any that haven't currently been added to your iCloud Music Library.

Greetings varun_gupta,

We understand that you opted on a setting that allows you to adding songs form a playlist at a later time, but only newly added songs to the playlist are being added to your library.

What happens when you follow the steps in the article below for your device? Add and download music from Apple Music This walks through how to add music no matter which device you’re using. Can you also let us know where you chose the setting for adding songs later?

Are you able to add the songs individually or does that result in an issue as well?

Thanks.
