My iPhone XR won’t stop turning on and off

My iPhone XR randomly turned off, now it just keeps turning on and off. The only thing coming up on my screen is the black screen with the white apple logo. It will show that screen for 2 seconds, turn off, and then turn back on again. I tried force restarting it and I also tried to enter recovery mode plugged into a computer, but neither worked. What do I do?
