The newly software GlobalProtect VPN is disabled.

Hi,

I installed GlobalProtect for accessing my company's network on Mackbook Air M1. At the time of installation, it showed an alert saying "System Extension is blocked" and I should Allow in System Preferences>Security&Privacy. Unfortunately, I didn't do it in time and now GlobalProtect is stuck at connecting status.

I tried this suggestion given in online forums, but not working.

Have tried "spctl kext-consent add PXPZ95SK77" in recovery mode and restarted mac . Still issue persists.

Please advice.

Regards,

Ashok

Hello, kkashok!

From your post, it sounds like you are experiencing an issue with a third-party app added to your Mac. We’re glad that you reached out to the Apple Support Communities. We want to try and help you find the answers you need. To start, did you follow these steps to allow the GlobalProtect app to have access to your Mac: Safely open apps on your Mac? If not, start there.

If those steps do not work, you may want to uninstall the app from your Mac and reinstall it. Here's information on How to delete apps on your Mac. If you have removed and re-added the app and still have an issue, you will want to contact the app developer directly, as this is a third-party app. Here's information on how to Contact a third-party vendor. We hope this information helps you out.

All the best.
