ScreenTimeAgent at "100+%" CPU?

My Mac is constantly cooling under idle conditions. When I check Activity Monitor, ScreenTimeAgent is always at 95% or more. The peak I have seen was at 105% - no idea how that's even supposed to be possible.

I can't kill the process and I can't find anything related on the internet that's of any help.

My specs are as following:

2019 16" MacBook Pro

2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

32 GB RAM

Radeon Pro 5500M / UHD Graphics 630

just in case, 200 GB of 1 TB Storage available

I am on Big Sur 11.2. Below You can see a screenshot of the Activity Monitor.

Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

Edit: The screen time function is turned off so I doubt it's related to that
