Should I use a hard Ethernet connection with Apple TV device?

What benefit would hard wire offer?

It is user choice to select either ethernet or Wi-Fi. Either one can work just fine. I couldn’t tell from usage if I switch connection type.

Ethernet can be more stable (not susceptible to radio band interference, including other Wi-Fi home networks in the neighborhood, with overlapping channels), and easier to set up (just plug in).
