I have an iPhone 7 Plus iOS 13.6.1 and out of nowhere I can't access my emails and when I try to send an email I get Cannot Send Mail the user name or password is incorrect.

How do I correct this?

Update your iPhone to iOS 14.5.1 (current), and remove and re-add the mail account and try again.
