How do I set up 2 numbers on my Iphone XS using a sim and an esim?

I have just purchased a used unlocked Iphone XS. I need to have a phone with 2 numbers, one for work and one personal. I have a sim from Virgin mobile (out of contract now). That will be used for my personal number. I would like to install (?) an eSim so that I can have another number to use as my business contact number. As far as I know Virgin don't have eSims. Also companies like Ubigi who provide eSim contracts only deal with data and not voice calls.

I would have just purchased a dual sim phone but these are only android and I like Iphones.

So what exact steps do I take to achieve my aim of having 2 contact numbers on my Iphone which I can use for voice calls, texts and view the internet etc? (Basically the same as a dual sim phone).

I'm not very techy so I would need step by step instructions.

Thank you, I am in the UK. The link you kindly suggested lists providers Ubigi, Truphone, EE, O2 however it does not say whether they are data-only eSims. I know that Ubigi and Truphone only do data. EE and O2 are difficult to communicate with but I'll try asking them. This is proving to be a lot more complicated than I thought and I'm not even sure if a phone can be set up like a dual sim phone for voice calls.
