My microphone is not working while using telegram or any other app

My ipad 8th gen microphone is getting off automatically while making telegram call and even with other calling apps

My microphone is working well in twitter and in videos but when i’m voice calling and sending imessage audio it sounds far away and static. Is there a way to fix this problem I have an iPhone 8 plus and well taken care of this only started happening recently
