Ipad pro 2020 11 inch display

I have a small issue on my iPad pro 2020 11 inch but ain't sure wether it is normal or not so I have a thick glass screen protector on my iPad and whenever i press on it it seems to actually press so is this normal with a thick glass screen protector or is it some sort of issue ?

I would remove the protector and see if all is normal. If the screen is getting distorted when you press with the protector on I would not use that protector.

It happens on my other ipad too (ipad 7th gen) when I press the display so it might just be because of the screen protector
