Whenever I scroll back through the camera or photos app I can’t play old videos. There is an error warning in the bottom right and and when I click for more info it says: “Unable to load video. An error occurred while loading a higher quality of this video.”
Any resolutions, I can’t accept that years of old videos are gone?

Did this happen after moving your data to a new iPhone? If you go to iCloud are you able to view your videos using a computer?
