Go to photos.
Tap Select
Tap the photo you want to email to yourself
Tap the box on the bottom with an up arrow at the top
Tap Mail
Enter the email address
Send it by tapping the round circle with an up arrow in it
For 1 photo, the easiest way is to email it to yourself.
One photo only - email it. Multiple photos, connect your iPhone to the PC and import them.
If it's just one photo, the simplest thing to do would be to email it to yourself, open it on your laptop and save it.
This did not work. There is no email available for forwarding on email 10.

Sure it does, click on Select then select the photo and then click on the up arrow box at the bottom. You will see various options - one of them will be email.
