If I reset end to end

If I reset end to end will I loose all my pictures on my other device that I forgot the password to

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We can definitely understand wanting to make sure you don't lose your photos if you reset the end-to-end encrypted data. The encrypted data stores things like the Apple Card transaction, home data, health data, and few other pieces of data unique to your device and that would not include your photos. You can find a full list of what is stored here: iCloud security overview.


If you use iCloud photos, your photos would be syncing to iCloud and accessible on any device that is signed into your iCloud account and on the iCloud website. Check out: Download iCloud photos and videos.
