Hi, I’ve just got an iPhone 12 and I’ve transferred nearly everything except my music that I had on CD hasn’t pulled across. Why is this and is there something I can do to get it on my new phone?

Music does not get transferred from one device to another.

You either re-download or re-sync from Mac/PC.
