so I use the iTunes to restore it,however ,the issue is still the same as before!

may I know how it can be solved? It should be something wrong with the new iPadOS version.

Hello ZeroCloud210,

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Apple Support Communities.

This is not what we expect to happen when updating our devices. It sounds like you’ve done some good troubleshooting as well.

Since you have already tried restoring the iPad Pro using iTunes and the behavior is the same, you may want to reach out to Apple Support for assistance. They can be reached at Get Support

Let us know if there is anything we can do.

Take care!

Basically, this ipad now only supports video and it cannot work stability! We pay 1000 dollar plus just for an device that MUST play videos NON STOP?!

why are we not allow to downgrade to lower versions, at least the the STABLE version when this IPad is bought?? Isn’t this undermining the consumers rights??

is iPad pro really a high quality and stable product? No,it cant be trusted. It cannot even last 4yrs! Even the pro version, you have to beware of EVERY update in the fear that it would be BRICKED!

Lesson learnt: Do NOT buy ipad, especially the pro version.Do NOT update if you already got one!
