App Store not allowing me to download apps.

I recently received a visa gift card for my birthday and I entered the information from the gift card to my paying methods, but after I used up the money from the gift card I removed it but ever since I did that I wasn’t able to download anything from the App Store even if it’s free, I keep getting stuck in the same verification required loop and I tried every method I could find but all of those didn’t work and of course I can’t add any credit card or debit card information because I’m not even over 18 and I’m starting to regret switching to iPhone.

The resolution to this issue is often making sure you have entered a credit card or other valid method of payment even if you don't plan on needing to use it.

If there is an option to select "Review" or "Continue", select that and enter valid payment information if required. If there's problems doing this:

Tap: Settings > [your name at the top] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Review Apple ID.

You may need to get a parent to enter a payment method for you or set up Family Sharing so their payment method acts on your behalf.
