Have you tried doing it on the web site? If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification  email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

Having Errors Logging in?:

You are able to log in to these forums just fine. So, the credentials would be no different than what you used to log in to these forums with, given it is the same account.
