I’m trying to download an app yet somehow it tells me that my Apple ID or iTunes account has been disabled . Don’t know why but wondering if you can help me with that ? Thank you

To fix this issue, you’ll have to contact Apple Support.


[Btw, for security reasons, I advise you to upgrade your iPhone to the last iOS version]
