Curser is stuck at the top left corner and the mouse is dead
Curser on my I Mac is stuck on the top left corner and my mouse is dead. Won’t take any charge

If it's a wireless mouse make sure it's fully charged or has new batteries installed.
Try a different port if it's a wired mouse.
