Apple tv 4k static white dots appear

I have a Apple tv 4k been using it for a while now. When the display resolution changes from 4k Dolby vision to 1080 & back depending on the contents watching. The whole screen has small white dots flashing randomly on the screen.

Tried different HDMI cables still the same. Got a new one certificate hdmi 2.1 cable 2M long.

The only time it goes is when I turn the device off & back on it is gone & appears aging when the resolution changes. Have also confirmed it by changing the display settings in the apple tv.

Tv: sony Bravia 4k

Apple tv 4k os 14.5 latest

Cable: Honeywell hdmi 48gbps 2.1

Help me out..
