Password overused

Hi Guys

I have had warnings from Safari saying that I overused certain identical passwords on different websites and that I should consider changing them regularly. Does someone know if there is an app that could manage login without identifying passwords or an Apple Login we could use for different websites? I'm struggling with finding new passwords to create but also at remembering them. So need to find an alternative. thank you
