I’m thinking to add another number to my phone with an e-sim to use for my business. Can I switch the busines phone number on the weekends and continue to use my personal number?

Im thinking to get an E-Sim to add to my phone to use for my business. Will I be able to switch off that number on the weekends and still able to use my phone with my personal number?
