Turning one SIM off.

I have both my personal and my office number on a single iPhone. My personal SIM is physical and the official one is an eSIM. On weekends, I would like to turn my office number off, while my personal number remains active. Is this a possible solution for an iPhone?

Is there a way to block numbers by rule of SIM? Let me explain. I use my phone for both private and work, having two different SIM/eSIM solutions. I get lots of calls each day and although most of them are to my business phone, I still get plenty of spam and crap on my private number. Is there a way to block "unknown callers" from one of the SIMs, and still get unknown callers going thru with my business number? Hope that made sense.

Please see the pic below. Turning it Off will change all your mobile default settings.
