Right side of lightning earphones broken

Hello!

I have a fairly new iPhone SE 2020, and up until about a month ago, the earphones worked fine. One day, the right side just stopped playing sound. These are the earphones that came with the iPhone.

The left plays fine, and the volume and pause buttons on the earphones work fine.

Can someone tell me how I can fix this please? Thanks!

First, see if you have a friend that has a working set of headphones and try them with your iPhone to make sure it is not an issue with the iPhone.

If they work, then you need to replace your "OLD" headphones, if not the iPhone may need some service. If you still are under warranty or Apple Care contact Apple and set up a repair.
