Can Apple Support check my computer to see if it has been infected with a virus?

If you're asking because you got a browser message warning of malware, and didn't just upload a file to their site, it's a scam.

If you're asking because you think there's malware on the computer, only if you grant them access, and then they'd likely just run this tool.
