Hi Usagi123xd,

We see you're having an issue with your iMac's cursor being unresponsive, and we'd like to help out.

If you're unable to try a standard restart of the Mac in the current state of it, you may need to try a forced shutdown. That would be done by pressing and holding the power button until it shuts down. Details on that here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

If it's still unresponsive after powering it back on, try using these steps to boot into safe mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode

If it works fine in safe mode, try restarting as normal once more, and see if it works fine now.

To rule out the mouse itself being the issue, try plugging it in directly to the iMac, if it's a Bluetooth mouse that you're using. That can help to charge it, if it's an Apple Magic Mouse. Once it's charged for a while, try using as normal again.

Take care!
