Issue with my payment method. Update payment information to correct problem. I added number, expires and CVV over and over again but always same message “there is an issue with your payment method”!

I am using VISA debit card last 10 years but now I have “issue with my payment method”.

When I update payment information (number, expires, CVV) and press DONE, I am always getting same red message “issue with your payment method”.

I erased both my iPads and iPhone but after sign in again same problem.

What I need to do?
