apple watch: how to recover stopwatch app

Hi, I have deleted stopwatch icon from my Apple Watch 6. I have no idea how to add stopwatch app back. Stopwatch app was preinstalled, so it is not connected to app in iPhone. i can not find it on apple strore… any suggestion? thx a lot!
