VIU premium’s Subscription from apple store cannot apply on my VIU’s account

I’ve been subscribed a 6 month plan of VIU premium directly from my apple account on subscription setting and paid successfully, but when i back to my VIU application, the subscription didn’t applied. I’ve tried to change to other account, but still remained as basic account not premium account. Thanks before for your help!
