I bought my phone less than 5 months ago and my battery capacity is already degrading, what could be the cause of that and what can I do?

ALL batteries with every full cycle charge, lose their ability to hold a full charge little by little. Batteries are consumable parts and eventually wear out. The battery health on your phone will continue to go down over time. When it reaches 80% or less, it will need to replaced.
That said, if you haven't updated to iOS 14.5.1, there is specific software to recalibrate the battery health on your iPhone 11. Make sure you do the update and you'll see a notification your phone's battery health is recalibrating for about a week.
