Online Order for PickUp
I placed an order for pick up of an item that told me it was available at my desired store and chose a window of time to pick up. I’ve been reading similar questions and saw that orders for pick up are usually ready within 45 mins to an hour. It’s been 6 hours since placing my order and 3 hours since the window of time I chose. I went into store just to check and I was told the item I ordered had to be shipped to the store. When I placed my order, I was informed that the item was in stock and would be available for pick up today! I have not received any email about my order being delayed or that the item I ordered is no longer in stock. Is this normal? What do I need to do? As the items are paid for and are needed today.
