Apple Music not working

It’s been paid for and I’ve got a good internet connection. Hasn’t been working for a few days now whenever I try to press on a song nothing happens. Won’t even try playing it

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are having some issues with playing Apple Music songs. We definitely understand that  can be a concern and we'd love to help. Can you tell us a bit more about what specifically happens when you attempt to play Apple Music? Are there errors? Are the songs greyed out? Does this happen on multiple devices?

Thanks for letting us know more about this, aidenjager. Let’s continue by taking the following steps, which may help with this unexpected behavior. Restart your iPhone, make sure it is up to date and close/reopen the Music app.


1. Restart your iPhone

2. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

3. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch


Also, does this happen with downloaded songs or just one you stream through Apple Music? Have you tested on a different network, regardless of if it seems yours is working okay?
