I have tried this official guide but it doesn't look updated. I don't have a "Rescue Email" option after I clicked "edit" on the "Security" section. See image:
I want to change it because today I had two typos on my login and it suggested me to recover with an old email address I no longer have access.
any suggestion?

Thank you very much for your reply. So if I disable 2FA first, change the email and then re-enable 2FA, theoretically should work, right?
You are welcome. You probably won't able to disable 2 Factor Authentication unless you set it up within the last 2 weeks.
